《〈共产党人〉发刊词》中政党形象建设的历史镜鉴及现实意蕴

摘　　要：中国共产党的百年奋斗史,也是中国共产党形象建设的百年探索史。尤其以毛泽东同志为代表的第一届领导集体对塑造共产党的优良形象作出了开创性的贡献。《〈共产党人〉发刊词》结合我国独特的历史特点、革命特征和现实挑战,在“三个法宝”的基础上提出了对党的建设的初步设想,即“建设一个全国范围的、广大群众性的、思想上政治上组织上完全巩固的布尔什维克化的中国共产党”。基于丰富的思想内涵,文章初步构建了以“实事求是”“善用规律”“群众路线”为思想基点,以理论认知能力、自身塑造能力、改革创新能力及故事讲述能力为实践支点的新时代政党形象建设体系,对于在新时代深入理解形象赋能、塑造大党形象具有现实意涵。The century-long struggle of the Communist Party of China is also a century-long exploration of its image construction.In particular,the first collective leadership represented by Comrade Mao Zedong made a pioneering contribution to a good image of the Communist Party of China.The Periodical Foreword to The Communists,combining with our unique historical characteristics,revolutionary characteristics and realistic challenges,has put forward a preliminary idea of the Party's development on the basis of the“three magic weapons”including the United Front,the Armed Struggle and the construction of the Communist Party of China.The idea is to build a grand and nationwide Bolshevik Party with broad mass and whose ideology,politics and organization are fully consolidated.Based on its rich ideological content,the paper tentatively constructs a system for the image construction of political parties in the new era,with“seeking truth from facts”,“making good use of laws”,and“mass line”as its ideological foundations,and theoretical cognitive ability,self-shaping ability,reform and innovation ability,and storytelling ability as its practical pivots.This system carries profound practical implications for deeply understanding image empowerment and shaping the image of a brand party in the new era.
