摘　　要：20世纪的西方文学经历了从时间叙事向空间叙事的转变。作为美国20世纪初的现代主义作家,舍伍德·安德森在其小说创作中较早进行了叙事空间化的实践。在其代表作《小镇畸人》中,安德森构建了一个时间和空间不对等的错位时空体,并通过“行动中的空间”赋予文本更多元的隐喻解读。无论是整体的橘状结构,还是独立篇章之间的空间断裂和多视角叙事,《小镇畸人》都呈现出较为鲜明的叙事空间化倾向。安德森在空间叙事所作出的开拓性贡献对后来的美国现代主义文学发展产生了重要的影响。The western literature in the 20th century experienced a transition from time-oriented narration to space-oriented one.As an American modernist writer at the beginning of the 20th century,Sherwood Anderson practiced the spatial narration in his writing.In his masterpiece Winesburg,Ohio,Anderson establishes a chronotope whose time is at odds with its space and makes writing multiple in its metaphoric meaning through the acting space.The whole structure of Winesburg,Ohio is orange-shaped and many chapters are connected by spatial separation and multi-perspective narration,which means that the novel has obvious characteristics of spatial narration.The contribution Anderson has made in spatial narration is of great influence on the following development of American modernist literature.
