数智化时代社区心理资本建设的路径

摘　　要：社区作为社会生活的基本单元,社区心理资本是社区中各种心理资源的集合体,可有效帮助居民解决心理问题、促进居民良性互动和激发居民心理潜力。在数智化时代的背景下建设社区心理资本,以增能理论为支撑,从个人、互动、社会三个层面着手,转变居民对心理健康的认知,完善社区心理服务平台的运行,整合社会各方资源,同时通过技术伦理的构建为社区心理服务工作保驾护航,将外部环境的支持转化为个体内在的心理发展动力,促进居民乃至整个社区的心理健康发展。Community psychological capital is a collection of various psychological resources in the community,which can effectively help residents solve psychological problems,promote positive interaction and stimulate their psychological potential.To build community psychological capital in the era of digital intelligence,building community psychological capital is supported by the empowerment theory.It proceeds from such three levels as individual,interaction,and society.This endeavor aims to transform residents'perceptions of mental health,improve the operation of community psychological service platforms,and integrate resources from all sectors of society.Meanwhile,through the establishment of technological ethics,it ensures the smooth functioning of community psychological services,converts support from the external environment into individuals'internal motivations for psychological development,and promotes the mental health development of residents and even the entire community..
