摘　　要：双氢青蒿素是一种含有过氧化物桥的倍半萜内酯化合物,具有口服更易吸收、药效快、抗疟疗效更好等优点,在临床上广泛应用。近年来双氢青蒿素的抗肿瘤作用得到广泛关注,其可以通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞转移及逆转肿瘤多药耐药等途径发挥抗胃癌的作用。本文旨在以双氢青蒿素抗胃癌的作用机制进行综述,以期为双氢青蒿素在胃癌治疗中的应用提供参考。Dihydroartemisinin is a sesquiterpene lactone compound containing a peroxide bridge.Due to its advantages such as easy oral absorption,rapid pharmacological effect,and better anti-malarial efficacy,it has been widely used in clinical practice.In recent years,the anti-tumor effect of dihydroartemisinin has received extensive attention.It can exert anti-gastric cancer effects by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,suppressing tumor cell metastasis,and reversing tumor multidrug resistance.This article aims to provide a review of the mechanism of dihydroartemisinin's anti-gastric cancer effect,with the hope of providing reference for its application in gastric cancer treatment.
