摘　　要：实训课教学在加强学生综合素质教育与能力的培养方面具有举足轻重的作用。超声技能训练与评估系统可对超声手法与切面图像同时进行示教、训练和实时评估,提高学生的实践能力;通过仿真体模与3D模拟系统结合,丰富教学资源、强化教学深度;通过临床案例分析与练习培养学生的临床思维能力和独立思考与诊断能力;通过对专业知识、操作技术、病例诊断、医学人文素养等多方面的考核,促进学生的学习与发展、帮助教师进行及时反馈和指导。采用超声技能训练与评估系统进行教学的学生,其操作技能成绩和理论考核成绩均高于采用传统教学方式进行授课的学生。技能训练与评估系统将体模训练、3D模拟、图像质量评价、思维训练及考核与传统教学有机结合起来,可有效提高学生的实际操作技能、诊断能力和临床思维能力。Practical training teaching is plays a crucial role in strengthening students' comprehensive quality education and ability cultivation.The ultrasound skill training and evaluation system could simultaneously demonstrate,train,and evaluate ultrasound techniques and images,improving students' practical abilities;By combining simulation models with 3D simulation systems,it could enrich teaching resources,enhance teaching depth;It cultivated students' clinical thinking ability and independent thinking and diagnostic ability through clinical case analysis and practice;The system promoted the learning and development of students and helps teachers provide timely feedback and guidance through assessments of professional knowledge,operational skills,case diagnosis,medical humanities literacy,and other aspects.Students who were taught with ultrasound skill training and evaluation systems got higher scores in operational skills and theoretical assessments than those taught with traditional teaching methods.The skills training and evaluation system combined model training,3D simulation,image quality evaluation,thinking training and assessment with traditional teaching,effectively improving students' practical operational skills,diagnostic abilities,and clinical thinking abilities.
