摘  要:以果园内覆盖除草布模式为对照,设置了果园生草、果园行间种植草莓、果园行间培育幼苗3种套种模式,采集了40 cm深度土壤样品,测定了其理化性质、分析了其微生物生物量碳、氮、磷生态化学计量特征。结果表明:在不同套种模式下,土壤pH值均高于对照;不同套种模式均能明显提高果园有机质含量、有机碳含量和全氮含量,且土壤有机质含量与有机碳含量、全氮含量均呈正相关,尤其是果园生草模式能显著提高果园有机质含量。在不同套种模式下,土壤腐殖质组分、MBC、MBN、MBP含量的变化特征相似,均表现为果园生草模式>行间培育幼苗模式>行间种植草莓模式>园内覆盖除草布模式,表明在果园生草模式下土壤微生物固持碳、氮、磷的能力均高于行间培育幼苗、行间种植草莓和园内覆盖除草布模式;而且4个指标在不同套种模式下均具有相关性,在0.01水平(双侧)上呈极显著相关。在不同套种模式下,MBN/MBP无明显差别,C/N在果园生草模式下最高,行间种植草莓模式下最低;T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)这3组处理的C/P和N/P均低于对照;MBC/MBP与C/P呈极显著相关,C/P和N/P呈显著相关,MBC/MBN、MBC/MBP、MBN/MBP之间均无显著相关性。综上,杧果园套种能改善土壤理化性质,提升土壤微生物固持碳氮磷的能力,对土壤微生物生物量具有较大的影响,特别是果园生草模式的改善效果更加突出。The experiment was conducted with the mulching fabric in the orchard as the control.Three interplanting modes were set up,namely,growing grass in the orchard,planting strawberry in the orchard between rows,and cultivating seedlings in the orchard between rows.These soil samples were collected from 40 cm deep soil to determine its physical and chemical properties,and soil microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus ecological stoichiometric characteristics were analyzed.The results showed that soil pH value was higher under different interplanting modes compared with the control.Organic matter content,organic carbon content and total nitrogen content significantly increased in mango orchards,and soil organic matter content was positively correlated with organic carbon content and total nitrogen content.In particular,growing herbage in orchard could significantly increase organic matter content in orchards.The changes of humus composition,MBC,MBN and MBP content were similar under different interplanting modes,which were growing herbage in orchard>interrow seedling cultivation>interrow strawberry cultivation>garden weeding cloth covering.The ability of soil microorganisms to hold carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus was higher than that of interrow seedling,interrow strawberry and garden cover weeding cloth,and the four indexes were correlated under different treatments,and showed a very significant correlation at 0.01 level(bilateral).There was no significant difference in MBN/MBP ratio among different interbreeding models.The C/N ratio was the highest in orchard grass model and the lowest in the interrow strawberry mode.The C/P and N/P ratio in T_(1),T_(2)and T_(3) were lower than those in the control group.MBC/MBP ratio was significantly correlated with C/P,and C/P ratio was significantly correlated with N/P ratio.There was no significant correlation between MBC/MBN,MBC/MBN and MBN/MBP ratio.It has a great impact on soil microbial biomass through interplanting in mango orchard,which could improve soil nutrients a
