摘  要:以番茄品种千禧为试验材料,研究4种不同的光周期对番茄幼苗生长、生理特性及定植后开花结果的影响。结果表明:(1)与CK相比,T_(3)处理(12 h的白蓝光)番茄幼苗的茎粗、下胚轴长、叶长、叶宽、地上部和地下部干重、壮苗指数、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度显著提高;(2)与CK相比,T_(1)~T_(3)处理(8、10、12 h的白蓝光)番茄幼苗叶片的CAT活性显著提高,T_(2)、T_(3)处理(10、12 h的白蓝光)番茄幼苗的MDA含量显著降低;(3)与CK相比,T_(1)、T_(3)处理番茄植株定植后的第1穗花和第2穗花始花期显著提前,其中T_(3)处理番茄植株定植后的第一次产量和前期产量显著增加。综上所述,12 h的白蓝光处理对番茄幼苗的生长和抗性,以及番茄植株定植后的始花期和产量均有不同程度的促进作用。Using the tomato variety‘Qianxi’as experimental material,this study investigated the effects of four different photoperiods on the growth,physiological characteristics,flowering and fruiting of tomato seedlings after planting.The results showed that:(1)Compared with CK,T_(3)(12 hours of WB treatment)significantly increased stem diameter,hypocotyl length,leaf length,leaf width,shoot and root dry weight,seedling index,Pn,Tr,Gs.(2)T_(1),T_(2) and T_(3)(WB treatment at 8 h,10 h and 12 h)significantly increased CAT activity compared to CK;T_(2) and T_(3) treatment significantly reduced the MDA content in tomato seedlings compared to CK.(3)T_(1) and T_(3) treatment seedlings significantly advanced the initial flowering period of the first and second spikes of tomato plants compared to CK.T_(3) treatment seedling significantly increased the first and early yield of tomato plants after planting compared to CK.In summary,the 12 hours of WB treatment had promoting effects on the growth and resistance of tomato seedlings,as well as the initial flowering period and yield of tomato plants after planting.
