摘 要:本研究旨在探讨平贝母中生物碱和多糖含量与生态因子的关系,并评估其体外抗氧化活性。研究选取了来自6个不同产地的平贝母作为样本,分析其生物碱和多糖含量,同时测量了土壤肥力及相关生态因子。此外,研究采用了DPPH自由基清除法、超氧阴离子自由基清除法和总还原力法测试其抗氧化效果。结果显示,不同产地的平贝母中生物碱(0.10%~0.81%)和多糖(5.24%~19.21%)含量差异显著,且年均温、年降水量、日照时数、土壤中的全钾和全磷与这些成分的含量密切相关。生物碱在DPPH自由基清除及总还原力方面表现出显著作用,DPPH清除率最高可达82.53%,总还原力最高可达1.032,而多糖则对超氧阴离子清除效果较好,但对DPPH自由基清除作用不明显。研究认为,选择适宜的生态环境和增加磷、钾肥的施用可促进平贝母有效成分的积累,且其生物碱和多糖具有显著的抗氧化潜力,本研究可为平贝母的科学种植和抗氧化开发提供理论依据。The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the alkaloid and polysaccharide content of Fritillariae Ussuriensis Bulbus and various ecological factors,while also evaluating its in vitro antioxidant activity.Samples of Fritillariae Ussuriensis Bulbus were collected from six different regions to analyze the alkaloid and polysaccharide content,along with measurements of soil fertility and relevant ecological factors.Additionally,the antioxidant effects were assessed using the DPPH radical scavenging method,superoxide anion radical scavenging method,and total reducing power assay.The results revealed significant regional differences in alkaloid(0.10%-0.81%)and polysaccharide(5.24%-19.21%)content.Key factors,such as annual average temperature,annual precipitation,sunlight hours,and soil levels of potassium and phosphorus,were found to be closely correlated with the content of these components.Alkaloids exhibited notable activity in DPPH radical scavenging and total reducing power,with the highest DPPH scavenging rate reaching 82.53%and the maximum total reducing power at 1.032.Polysaccharides were more effective in scavenging superoxide anions,although they did not significantly impact DPPH radicals.The study suggests that optimizing ecological conditions and increasing phosphorus and potassium fertilization can enhance the accumulation of active compounds in Fritillariae Ussuriensis Bulbus.Moreover,the demonstrated antioxidant potential of alkaloids and polysaccharides provides a theoretical foundation for the scientific cultivation of Fritillariae Ussuriensis Bulbus and its development as an antioxidant resource.
