摘　　要：随着人工智能技术的飞速进步,人工智能创作成果的大量涌现不仅满足了公众对精神文化生活的需求,同时也对现行著作权法提出了挑战。关于人工智能创作成果是否应当受到著作权法的保护,以及如何进行保护,已成为完善我国著作权法律体系研究中的关键议题。建议应将人工智能创作成果纳人邻接权的保护范畴,以解决这些成果因具有经济和传播价值而巫需法律保护的现实问题。同时,还指出了在人工智能创作成果著作权保护过程中需要特别关注的几个核心问题,旨在为这些成果的著作权保护提供一个更为全面、有效且可持续的法律保障。With the rapid progress of artificial intelligence technology,the emergence of a large number of AI creative achievements not only meets the public's demand for spiritual cultural life,but also challenges the existing copyright law.Whether AI creation should be protected by copyright law,and how to protect it,has become a key issue in the study of perfecting China's copyright legal system.It is suggested that AI creative achievements should be included in the protection of neighboring rights,so as to solve the practical problems that these achievements need legal protection because of their economic and communication value.At the same time,it also points out several core issues that need special attention in the process of copyright protection of AI creative achievements,aiming at providing a more comprehensive,effective and sustainable legal guarantee for the copyright protection of these achievements.
