浅析乡村振兴背景下浮梁县乡村人居环境更新策略

摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出要全面推动乡村振兴,乡村振兴战略是全面振兴乡村并实现乡村繁荣的重要举措。阐述了浮梁县乡村人居环境概况,通过实地调研浮梁县乡村人居环境现状发现,浮梁县乡村人居环境在建筑景观方面存在新旧建筑交替产生风格混乱,公共空间和公共建筑缺失,公共基础设施缺乏;在产业经济方面存在农业产业形式较为单一,经济效益不高,农业面源污染较为严重,影响农业绿色发展;在乡村文化方面存在文化景观破碎,传承主体流失,乡村文化品牌意识不强,乡土文化驱动力不足、价值转化率较低等问题。针对性地提出更新策略,在建筑景观方面应科学优化建筑布局,活化公共空间并增加公共建筑,完善乡村基础设施建设,推动能源低碳转型;在产业经济方面应发展林下经济,产业融合促进经济发展,加快农业绿色发展,优化产品数字赋能;在乡村文化方面应传承发展乡土文化,打造乡村特色品牌文化,文旅融合乡村振兴。浮梁县乡村人居环境的提升与更新可为农村人居环境整治工作提供一些参考和借鉴。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the need to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and the rural revitalization strategy is an important measure to comprehensively revitalize rural areas and achieve rural prosperity.This article discusses the overview of the rural habitat conditions in Fuliang county.Through the field research of the current situation of the rural human settlements in Fuliang county,it is found that the rural habitats face several issues which the architectural landscape in Fuliang county exhibit a chaotic mixture of styles due to the alternation of old and new buildings,there is a lack of public space and public buildings,and public infrastructure is not enough.In terms of industrial economy,the form of agricultural industry is relatively simple,the economic benefit is not high,and the pollution of agricultural non-point source is serious,which affects the green development of agriculture.In terms of rural culture,there are problems such as fragmented cultural landscape,loss of inheritan ce subjects,weak awareness of rural cultural branding,insufficient driving force of local culture and low conversion rate of value.This paper proposes targeted renewal strategies that in terms of architectural landscape,it suggests scientifically optimizing building layout,activating public space and increasin g public buildings,improving rural infrastructure construction,and promoting low-carbon energy transformation.In terms of industrial economy,the forest economy should be developed,industrial integration should promote economic development,accelerate the green development of agriculture,and optimize the digital empowerment of products.In terms of rural culture,it suggests inheriting and developing local culture,creating distinctive rural culture brand,and integrating culture and tourism to promote rural revitalization.The improvement and renewal of the rural habitats in Fuliang county can provide some reference and inspiration for rural habitat remed
