南昌市社区“嵌入式”养老设施存在的问题及提升策略研究

摘　　要：在中国人口老龄化程度日趋严峻的背景下,养老问题日益凸显,“嵌入式”养老模式融合了社区居家养老和机构养老的特点,有着巨大的市场前景。在实地调查的基础上,总结出当前南昌市社区“嵌入式”养老设施发展存在的问题和困境,并提出“嵌入有理,维护社区整体利益”“共享空间,深化社区参与程度”“以人为本,科学规划嵌入设施”和“政府主导,协同各方监督保障”4条提升策略,以期为南昌市“嵌入式”养老设施的科学规划和合理建设提供参考。Under the background of the increasingly severe aging population in China,the problem of old-age care is becoming increasingly prominent.The“embedded”elderly care model,integrating the characteristics of community home-based care and institutional elderly care,shows a huge market prospect.Based on the investigation of the current situation,the author summarizes the existing problems and difficulties in the development of“embedded”elderly care facilities in the communities of Nanchang city,and proposes four improvement strategies:“embedding is rational,maintaining the overall interests of the community”“sharing space,deepening the degree of community participation”“people-oriented,scientific planning of embedded facilities”and“government-led,coordinated supervision and protection of all parties”.These strategies aim to provide a reference for the scientific planning and reasonable construction of“embedded”elderly care facilities in Nanchang.
