摘 要:现有的电气化铁路接触网腕臂支撑装置大多采用金属管材拼接结构,存在零件数量多、易腐蚀、自身不绝缘及易疲劳破坏等问题,给维护保养工作带来极大挑战。设计了一种地铁用整体成型复合材料腕臂支撑装置,结合地铁实际应用工况,采用仿真与实验相结合的方法,验证了该腕臂支撑装置设计方案的可行性。新设计的腕臂支撑装置满足中国铁路标准设计载荷要求,其固有频率第1阶模态频率为2.630 Hz,高于接触网系统低频颤振频率(1 Hz),产生共振的可能性较小,动态稳定性好,可保证接触网受流稳定。整体成型复合材料腕臂可有效降低接触网系统的维护保养难度和频次,有望成为接触网腕臂支撑装置未来的发展方向。The existing cantilever support devices for electrified railway catenary system are often made of metal pipe splicing structures,which have problems such as a large number of parts,easy corrosion,lack of insulation,and easy fatigue damage,posing great challenges to maintenance work.A composite material cantilever support device for subway was designed,and the feasibility of the design scheme was verified through a combination of simulation and experiment,taking into account the actual application conditions of the subway.The newly designed cantilever support device meets the load requirements of Chinese railway standard design,and its first-order modal frequency is 2.630 Hz,which is higher than the low-frequency flutter frequency(1 Hz) of the electrified railway catenary system.The possibility of resonance is small,and the dynamic stability is good,which can ensure the stable power supply for the catenary system.The integral forming composite material cantilever support devices can effectively reduce the difficulty and frequency of maintenance of the catenary system,and is expected to become the future development direction of the contact net cantilever support devices.
