抗氧剂1076和亚磷酸酯复合体系在交联聚乙烯电缆料中的应用研究

摘  要:为探究抗氧剂1076与辅助抗氧剂R复合体系对交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘料性能的影响,通过熔融共混的方式制备出含有受阻酚和亚磷酸酯类复合抗氧剂的高压绝缘料,并对其挤出性能、流变性能、氧化诱导期(OIT)、储存性能等综合性能进行测试分析。结果表明:辅助抗氧剂R的加入提高了材料的熔体流动速率变化率,加快了材料的交联速度,但对高压绝缘料交联后的颜色无负面影响;当抗氧剂1076与辅助抗氧剂R的添加质量比为4∶1与3∶2时,辅助抗氧剂R的加入增强了绝缘料的热氧稳定性;当抗氧剂1076与辅助抗氧剂R的添加质量比为4∶1时,高压绝缘料的OIT最长。In order to study the effect of the composite system of antioxidant 1076 and auxiliary antioxidant R on the performance of cross-linked polyethylene cable insulation material,a high-voltage insulating material containing hindered phenol and phosphite compound antioxidants was prepared by melt blending,the extrusion properties,rheological properties,oxidation induction period(OIT) and scorch resistance were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the addition of auxiliary antioxidant R increased the rate of change in the melt flow rate of the material and reduced the scorch resistance of the material,but had no negative effect on the color of the cross-linked high-voltage insulator.When the ratio of antioxidant 1076 to auxiliary antioxidant R was 4∶1 and 3∶2,the thermal oxygen stability of the insulator was enhanced,and when the ratio of antioxidant 1076 to auxiliary antioxidant R was 4∶1,the OIT of high-voltage insulator was the longest.
