摘 要:人工智能(AI)技术的迅猛发展已成为全球科技创新的关键领域。日本在该领域的发明与实用新型专利布局及审查实践备受关注。首先概述了人工智能技术的发展历程,聚焦于日本特许厅(JPO)在适应人工智能(AI)技术发展中对专利制度的改进措施;其次通过对JPO的信息化规划和审查指南进行分析,总结了日本在专利审查效率和质量提升方面的策略,并讨论了日本政府在推动AI技术发展和专利保护方面的政策和行动;最后提出了针对中国AI领域专利布局和审查的建议,以促进中日两国在AI领域的合作与交流。The rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology has become a key area of global technological innovation.The patent layout and examination practices of inventions and utility models in this field in Japan have garnered significant attention.The evolution of AI technology is outlined,with a focus on the measures taken by the Japan Patent Office(JPO)to adapt the patent system to the development of AI technology.An analysis of JPO’s informatization plans and examination guidelines reveals Japan’s strategies for enhancing patent examination efficiency and quality,and discusses the policies and initiatives of the Japanese government in promoting the development and protection of AI technology.Finally,recommendations are put forward for China’s AI patent layout and examination to foster cooperation and exchange between China and Japan in the AI sector.
