摘　　要：《国家通用语言文字法》于2000年颁布、2001年施行以来,我国理论界对其进行了多学科、多层次、多视角研究,在《国家通用语言文字法》相关概念、立法意义、立法目的、实施保障等方面展开深入探讨,形成了较为丰硕的理论成果,加深了对“国家通用语言文字”“普通话”“规范汉字”等概念的认识,取得了阶段性成效。但现有研究还存在法学专业研究不够深入、对法治实践的指导性不强、研究方法创新不够等方面的不足。为改变法学研究者鲜有关注《国家通用语言文字法》研究的困局,今后应在增强法学专业研究、提高对法治实践的指导性、创新研究方法等方面做进一步努力,继续强化对《国家通用语言文字法》的法律解释研究,继续加强学科交叉研究。法学专业化、法治实践化及理论多元化,是对深化《国家通用语言文字法》研究的前瞻思考,让更多法学研究者对《国家通用语言文字法》的研究产生兴趣并投入更多精力,不断丰富法学研究的内容和方法。Since the promulgation of the Law on the Standard Spoken and Written Chinese Language of the People's Republic of China in 2000 and its implementation in 2001,the scholars in theoretical study circles in China have conducted multi-disciplinary,multi-level and multi-perspective study on it,and have carried out in-depth discussions on the relevant concepts,legislative significance,legislative purpose and implementation guarantee of the Law.The scholars in China have gained relatively fruitful theoretical results and a deeper understanding of the concepts of"the standard spoken and written Chinese language","Putonghua(a common speech with pronunciation based on the Beijing dialect)",and"standard Chinese characters"and so on.Phased results have been achieved.However,there are still some deficiencies in the current researches,including insufficient professional research in law,weak guidance to the practice of the rule of law,and insufficient innovation in research methods.In order to change the dilemma that law researchers seldom pay attention to the study of this Law,further efforts should be made in strengthening the research from the perspective of law,improving the guidance to the practice of the rule of law,innovating research methods,continuing to strengthen the study of the legal interpretation of this Law and its interdisciplinary research.The professional law study,the practice of rule of law and the diversification of theories are the forward-looking thinking of deepening the research on the Law.Eventually,more legal researchers may become interested in the study on the Law and devote more to it,and continuously enrich the content of legal research,thus making the interdisciplinary subject of Forensic Linguistics more well-known.
