摘　　要：数字时代的空间正义不仅涉及空间资源的分配,还关乎数字技术的应用和信息传递的公平性。数字时代空间正义面临的现实困境,包括数字信息不对称、数字鸿沟、数字隐私和数据安全问题,以及数字空间资源分配不均等。技术发展、经济增长和政策制定都对数字时代的空间正义产生影响。数字时代空间正义的价值诉求涵盖人本性、公平性、协调性和多样性。在实现空间正义的过程中,应将人的需求和利益置于空间发展的核心,关注机会公平、资源的合理配置及公正的制度安排,考虑各方利益平衡,平等对待不同群体的需求和权益。数字时代空间正义的实现路径包括数字空间制度建设、数字技术支持和数字社区参与等。在制度建设方面,需要建立健全数字空间法律法规体系;在数字技术支持方面,需要利用数据分析和空间信息技术等,以提升决策的科学性和公正性;在数字社区参与方面,需要鼓励居民积极参与数字空间规划和决策过程,从而增强公民的责任感。The spatial justice in the digital age not only involves the allocation of spatial resources,but also the application of digital technology and the fairness of information transmission.The practical challenges faced by spatial justice in the digital age include digital information asymmetry,digital divide,digital privacy and data security,and unequal distribution of digital spatial resources.Technological development,economic growth,and policy-making have all influenced spatial justice in the digital age.The value demands of spatial justice in the digital age include human nature,fairness,coordination,and diversity.In the course of achieving spatial justice,it is imperative to put in its core the value demands of human nature and interests,pay special attention to fair opportunities,rational allocation of resources and fair institutional arrangements,take into consideration the balance of interests between all parties,and treat equally the needs and rights of different groups of people.The implementation path of spatial justice in the digital age includes the construction of digital spatial systems,digital technology support,and digital community participation.In terms of institutional construction,it is necessary to establish a sound legal and regulatory system for the digital space;in terms of digital technology support,data analysis and spatial information technology should be included to ensure that decision-making is scientific and fair;in terms of digital community participation,it is necessary to encourage the public to actively participate in digital space planning and decision-making,thus enhancing their sense of responsibility.
