摘　　要：数字技术犹如资本增殖的酵母,不仅以其强大的催化力加速了资本的积累与全球扩张,还孕育出了一种被西方学者鼓吹但与数字文明背道而驰的理论思潮——技术封建主义。平台与商家之间存在数据霸权与依附关系,而商家与用户则面临平台的隐性收割。这一双重逻辑悄然触发了封建主义表象在数字洪流中的悖论式复苏,并导致了其广泛性蔓延,更触动了对资本主义“再封建化”的深刻忧虑。从所有制关系、劳动关系和剥削方式三个方面剖析技术封建主义在资本主义生产方式中的表现,以辨清“资本”与“封建”的本质分野;同时,逐一拂去西方学者对社会形态演变的片面解读、对阶级关系演变的错误认知、对技术价值的片面理解等“迷雾”,力求超越技术领域内的种种困顿与悖论,从而构建新型人类文明形态。Digital technology,just like the yeast of capital proliferation,has not only accelerated the accumulation of capital and the pace of global expansion with its powerful catalytic effect,but also bred a theoretical trend advocated by Western scholars that is contrary to digital civilization:techno-feudalism.The dual logic of data hegemony and dependence between platforms and merchants,and the implicit harvesting of platforms between merchants and users,has quietly triggered the paradoxical resurgence and widespread spread of feudalism in the digital flood,and touched off a deep concern about the“re-feudalization”of capitalism.Therefore,the paper aims to analyze the manifestations of techno-feudalism in the capitalist mode of production from three aspects,namely,ownership relations,labor relations,and the mode of exploitation,in order to identify the essential difference between“capital”and“feudalism”.Meanwhile,there is an urgent need to dispel,one by one,the“myths”created by the Western scholars in their one-sided interpretation of the evolution of social formations,their erroneous perceptions of the evolution of class relations,and their one-sided understanding of the value of technology,thus transcending the difficulties and paradoxes in the field of technology and constructing a new model for human advancement.
