视频生成类人工智能赋能主流意识形态传播的机遇、挑战与对策

摘　　要：随着生成式人工智能的迅猛发展,尤其是视频生成类AI的高速更迭和深入应用,主流意识形态传播格局发生重大变化。凭借自主化、拟真化、定制化等技术优势,视频生成类AI赋能主流意识形态传播形式更加灵活生动、传播内容更加完整丰富、场景呈现更加精细逼真,有力地提升了主流意识形态传播的接受度、提高了传播的精准度、增强了传播的渗透力。然而,在新机遇的背后,深度伪造、思维规训、技术滥用等问题也为主流意识形态传播带来了诸多负面效应,致使主流意识形态面临认同度被削减、权威性被消解、传播影响力被侵蚀等风险挑战。为遏制视频生成类AI诱发的主流意识形态传播风险,可以通过坚持思想引领、强化技术保障、加强空间监管、提升主体素养等对策更好地发挥视频生成类AI的赋能效用,进而增强主流意识形态的传播效能。With the rapid development of generative AI,especially the accelerating evolution and in-depth application of video generation AI,the dissemination of mainstream ideology has undergone a comprehensive change.Owing to its autonomous,lifelike,and customizable technological advantages,video generation AI empowers the dissemination of mainstream ideology in making its forms more flexible and vivid,its content more complete and fulfilling,and its scene presentation more realistic and delicate,thus effectively strengthening the acceptance of mainstream ideological dissemination,improving its precision,and enhancing its penetration.However,behind the new opportunities,such issues as deep forgery,thought regulation,and technological abuse have also brought numerous negative effects to mainstream ideological dissemination,posing risks and challenges such as the diminished level of recognition,eroded authority,and encroached influence.In order to contain or even reduce the risks of mainstream ideological dissemination induced by video generation AI,it is advisable to better leverage its empowering effects by adhering to the principle of ideological leadership,strengthening technological safeguards,enhancing spatial supervision,and improving the subject's qualities.In this way,the dissemination effect of mainstream ideology can be enhanced.
