摘　　要：电动工具是我国传统的外贸出口型商品之一,具有量大面广的特点。单相串励电机转速高、体积小、重量轻、调速方便,所以在绝大部分电动工具和园林工具产品中作为动力源。结合工厂实际工作经验,从电机设计角度出发,提出电动工具用串励电机设计参数和关键工序中应注意的问题。Electric tools are one of the traditional export commodities in China,with the characteristics of large quantity and wide range.Single-phase series excited motor has high speed,small size,light weight and convenient speed regulation,so it is used as a power source in most electric tools and garden tools products.Based on the practical working experience of the factory,the design parameters of series excited motor for electric tools and the problems that should be paid attention to in the key processes are put forward from the perspective of electric machine design.
