摘  要:超声波检测技术凭借其非破坏性、灵敏度高和适用范围广等优点,已成为材料内部缺陷检测领域的重要技术手段。以超声波在高压电缆终端铅封缺陷检测中的应用为例,通过仿真模型,分析铅封内部以及铅封与铝护套黏合处的缺陷特征,探讨超声波检测技术在实际检测中的应用效果与缺陷识别方法。Ultrasonic testing technology has become the important technical means in the field of material internal defect testing due to its non-destructive,high sensitivity,and wide range of applicability.Taking the application of ultrasonic testing in the lead seal defect testing of high-voltage cable terminals as an example,the defect characteristics in the lead seal and the bonding area between the lead seal and the aluminum sheath are analyzed through a simulation model,and the application effect and defect identification method of ultrasonic testing technology in actual testing are discussed.
