摘　　要：探讨如何利用电力资源,应用节能降耗技术,提高系统效率、降低能源消耗并实现可持续发展。分析输配电线路中存在的电能损耗问题及其主要原因,提出节能技术方案,如线路架构优化、节能变压器的使用等。同时,提出了节能管理对策,如指标管理、无功管理和谐波管理等,为相关企业节能降耗技术实施提供依据。How to use power resources,apply energy-saving technology,improve system efficiency,reduce energy consumption and achieve sustainable development are discussed.The problems of power loss in power transmission and distribution lines and their main causes are analyzed,and the energy-saving technical schemes are put forward,such as the optimization of line architecture and the use of energy-saving transformers.At the same time,the countermeasures of energy saving management are put forward,such as index management,reactive power management and harmonic management,which provides the basis for the implementation of energy saving and consumption reduction technology in related enterprises.
