水飞蓟素的药理作用及其在眼科中的应用

摘　　要：水飞蓟素作为一种天然提取物,因其显著的肝脏保护、神经保护和抗病毒等多种药理活性,已被广泛应用于临床。近年来地研究表明,水飞蓟素在治疗多种眼科疾病中也具有潜在的应用价值。为了进一步探索水飞蓟素的药理机制及其在眼科领域的临床应用前景,本文对其在眼科疾病中的应用进行回顾,并结合眼部结构的特殊性,探讨了不同的眼科给药途径,旨在为水飞蓟素在眼科领域的安全应用提供参考方案。Natural extract Silymarin,also known as Silybum marianum(L.Gaertn),is used extensively in clinical settings due to its well-established hepatoprotective,neuroprotective,and antiviral qualities.Silymarin may potentially have therapeutic utility in the treatment of a variety of eye illnesses,according to recent studies.This study offers a thorough analysis of sily-marin's usage in treating eye problems in order to better investigate the pharmacological mechanisms of the drug and its thera-peutic uses in the field of ophthalmology.The report also looks at several ocular medication delivery techniques and talks about the special structural qualities of the eye.The objective is to provide information that may help direct the safe and efficient use of silymarin in ophthalmology.
