认识中国共产党政治功能的三重逻辑

摘　　要：政治功能是政党政治的重要议题,也是认识政党特性的重要基础。与西方国家政党的单一性功能相比,中国共产党的政治功能内容丰富、内涵深刻,包括政治领导、政治组织、政治动员、政治宣传和政治凝聚等。中国共产党的政治功能是马克思主义政党理论与中国社会、中国革命以及中国现代国家建构和建设相结合而不断发展出来的政治特质。中国共产党独特的政治功能是由马克思主义政党理论、中国现代国家建设的历史进程以及中国式现代化实践的现实国情所决定的。认识中国共产党的政治功能要遵循理论、历史和实践三重逻辑。这三重逻辑有机联系,共同诠释了中国共产党政治功能的独特性与先进性。从三重逻辑深刻认识中国共产党的政治功能,可以为“增进党的政治功能”和“建设长期执政的马克思主义政党”的新时代实践提供认识论支撑。The political function is an important issue in party politics and an important basis for understanding the unique characteristics of political parties.Compared with the single function of political parties in Western countries,the political function of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is rich in content and profound in connotation,including political leadership,political organizing,political mobilization,political propaganda,and political solidarity.The political function of the CPC is developed by the combination of Marxist political party theory,the Chinese society,the Chinese revolution,and the modern state-building and construction in China.The unique political function of the CPC is determined by Marxist political party theory,the historical process of modern state construction in China,and the realistic national conditions of the Chinese Path to Modernization.Recognizing the political function of the CPC should follow the logic of theory,history,and practice.The three logics are organically connected and jointly interpret the uniqueness and advanced nature of the political function of the CPC.Understanding the political function of the CPC from the perspective of the triple logic can provide epistemological support for the new era practice of“enhancing the political function of the party”and“building a long-term ruling Marxist party.”
