林芝雅尼湿地不同景观土壤动物群落分布特征

摘  要:为了解不同干扰因素对雅尼湿地土壤动物群落的影响,采用实地调查法和数据分析法,以雅尼湿地4种景观(林地、农田、沙地、灌丛)作为研究对象,调查并测定景观内植物信息、土壤理化性质和土壤动物群落分布特征.结果表明,雅尼湿地共捕获土壤动物2 621只,隶属于10纲22目117科(群),弹尾纲弹尾目的等节跳科和蛛形纲真螨目的隐颚螨科为优势类群;除林地外,其他3个景观土壤动物个体数、类群数均呈显著性差异,林地、农田、灌丛的土壤动物多样性指数差异较小,沙地的多样性指数最低;冗余分析结果表明土壤动物群落与土壤有机质、 pH相关性显著,其中土壤动物主要类群真螨目和弹尾目分布对有机质、全钾、全氮呈显著正响应.在不同景观中,土壤动物个体数量和群落丰富度变化差异不明显,土壤动物密度和个体数量具有明显差异.In order to understand the impact of different interference factors on soil animal communities in Yani Wetland,field investigation and data analysis methods were employed to investigate into and measure plant information,soil physicochemical properties and soil animal community distribution characteristics in four landscapes of the Yani Wetland(forest land,farmland,sandy land,and shrubs).The results showed that a total of 2 621 soil animals were captured in the Yani Wetland,which belong to 10 classes,22 orders,117 families(groups).Isotomida,a member of the Collembola family in the Collembola order,and Cryptognathidae,a member of the Cryptognathidae family in the Acariformes order in the Arachnida class,were the dominant groups;except for forest land,there were significant differences in the number of individuals and group numbers of soil animals in the other three landscapes.The diversity index of soil animals in forest land,farmland,and shrubs exhibited relatively small differences,while the diversity index in sandy land was the lowest;the redundancy analysis results showed a significant correlation between soil animal communities and soil organic matter and pH,with the main groups of soil animals,Acariformes and Collembola,showing a significant positive response to organic matter,total potassium and total nitrogen.In different landscapes,there existed no significant difference in the number of individual soil animals and community richness,but there were significant differences in the density and number of individual soil animals.
