场景理论视阈下国际消费中心城市名片消费场景的构建研究——以天津市为例

摘  要:本文基于场景理论视角,以天津城市名片历史风貌建筑群为研究对象,从场景理论的真实性、戏剧性、合法性三个维度探讨天津作为国际消费中心城市在消费场景构建上的策略与路径。研究认为,天津应精准界定历史文化街区的核心职能,秉持整体性视角,坚持以人为本,深耕本土文化底蕴,深化对传统价值的尊崇与传承,融合多元商业生态,以实现历史文化街区现代风貌、传统文化底蕴与消费场景的和谐共生。This paper is based on the perspective of scene theory,taking the historical architectural complex of Tianjin's urban business card as the research object,and exploring the strategies and paths of historical architectural complex in the construction of consumption scenes from the three dimensions of authenticity,drama,and legitimacy of scene theory.Research suggests that the core functions of historical and cultural districts should be accurately defined,with a holistic perspective,a people-oriented approach,a deep cultivation of local cultural heritage,a deeper respect and inheritance of traditional values,and the integration of diverse commercial ecosystems,in order to achieve a harmonious coexistence of modern style and traditional cultural heritage in historical and cultural districts.
