摘  要:基于“纤维素-溶解-再生-构建功能性再生纤维素”的构思,将光催化剂与溶解纤维素共同再生制备功能性纤维素复合填料,然后与纸浆纤维配抄制备光催化纸,在该纸张上喷洒亚甲基蓝染料,干燥后照射紫外线,光催化剂将亚甲基蓝(蓝色)还原为还原态亚甲基蓝(无色),该光催化纸即为气敏材料。当该气敏材料与空气(氧气)接触后会把还原态亚甲基蓝(无色)氧化为亚甲基蓝(蓝色),基于此氧化变色原理,气敏材料可以检测空气(氧气)的存在。研究结果显示,将该气敏材料置于空气中约30 min后,材料完全恢复蓝色。该材料可用于密闭空间、地下矿井作业环境以及对氧气敏感的食品、药品等物品包装内的氧气进行简捷、快速的检测。This study is based on the concept of"cellulose-dissolution-regeneration-functionalized cellulose construction."Photocatalysts are integrated with dissolved cellulose to regenerate and form functional cellulose composite fillers,which are then blended with pulp fibers to produce photocatalytic paper.The paper is sprayed with methylene blue dye and dried.Upon UV irradiation,the photocatalyst reduces methylene blue(blue)to its reduced form(colorless).This photocatalytic paper serves as an oxygen-sensitive material.When exposed to air(oxygen),the reduced methylene blue(colorless)is oxidized back to methylene blue(blue).This oxidation-induced color change enables the material to detect the presence of oxygen in the air.Experimental results show after 30 minutes,it has completely reverted to its blue state.This material can be used for rapid and simple detection of oxygen in confined spaces,underground mining environments,and in packaging for oxygen-sensitive products such as food and pharmaceuticals.
