摘 要:对比了PAC和硫酸铝作为施胶沉淀剂对造纸过程的影响。结果表明:施胶沉淀剂的加入会导致化机浆游离度的升高,其中硫酸铝对浆料游离度的影响较PAC更明显。相比于硫酸铝,PAC对化机浆pH的影响更小,在进行施胶时,会降低pH的变化对施胶剂施胶效果的影响。施胶沉淀剂的加入会导致白水电导率下降。相同加入量下,PAC对AKD施胶效果的协同作用优于硫酸铝。This article compares the effects of PAC and aluminum sulfate as sizing precipitants on the papermaking process.The results show that the addition of sizing precipitants can lead to an increase in the free degree of chemi-mechanical pulp,with aluminum sulfate having a more significant effect on the free degree of pulp than PAC.Compared to aluminum sulfate,PAC has a smaller impact on the pH of the chemi-mechanical pulp,and during sizing,it will reduce the impact of pH changes on the sizing effect of the sizing agent.The addition of adhesive precipitation agent can lead to a decrease in the conductivity of white water.Under the same amount of addition,The synergistic effect of PAC on AKD sizing is better than that of aluminum sulfate.
