无塑纸杯纸可降解阻隔涂层的研究

摘  要:对比了两种可降解阻隔涂层在无塑纸杯纸中的应用性能。结果表明:丙烯酸共聚物涂料A在水中的分散性略优于聚烯烃分散体涂料B,聚烯烃分散体涂料B的防水性略优于丙烯酸共聚物涂料A;涂料A的防酒精渗透效果和防油渗透效果优于涂料B;涂料B的防热水渗透效果优于涂料A,两种无塑纸在制杯后,都具有较好的密封性。This article compares the application performance of two biodegradable barrier coatings in plastic free paper cups.The results show that the dispersibility of acrylic copolymer coating A in water is slightly better than that of polyolefin dispersion coating B,and the waterproof effect of polyolefin dispersion coating B is slightly better than that of acrylic copolymer coating A;The anti alcohol penetration and anti oil penetration effects of coating A are better than those of coating B;The anti hot water penetration effect of coating B is better than that of coating A,and both types of plastic free paper have good sealing performance after cup making.
