烟草浓缩液对造纸法再造烟叶主要质量指标的影响研究

摘　　要：为探索烟草浓缩液用量对造纸法再造烟叶质量指标的影响,制备添加不同用量烟草浓缩液的造纸法再造烟叶并对其外观颜色、热水可溶物含量、化学成分含量和内在感官质量进行测量分析,结果表明:(1)造纸法再造烟叶外观颜色指标中,亮度L*值与烟草浓缩液用量呈负相关关系,红绿色度a*值和黄蓝色度b*值与烟草浓缩液用量呈正相关关系;(2)对造纸法再造烟叶烟草成分含量及香气成分有重要影响的物理指标热水可溶物含量与烟草浓缩液用量呈正相关关系;(3)造纸法再造烟叶7项常规化学成分总糖、还原糖、总植物碱、总氮、硝酸盐、钾离子和氯离子含量均与烟草浓缩液用量呈正相关关系;(4)内在感官质量方面,随着烟草浓缩液绝干用量的增加对造纸法再造烟叶内在感官质量有一定提升,主要表现在香气量、香气质、舒适性和烟气浓度改善提升,木质杂气和刺激性降低。In order to explore the effect of tobacco concentrate dosageon the quality index of reconstituted tobacco leaves by papermaking method,the papermaking reconstituted tobacco leaves with different amounts of tobacco concentrate were prepared and their appearance indexes,hot water soluble matter content,chemical composition content and intrinsic sensory quality were measured and analyzed,and the results showed that:(1)In the appearance color index of reconstituted tobacco leaves by papermaking method,the brightness L was negatively correlated with the amount of tobacco concentrate,and the red-green degree a and yellow-blue degree b were positively correlated with the amount of tobacco concentrate;(2)The content of soluble matter in hot water was positively correlated with the amount of tobacco concentrate,which had an important impact on the content of tobacco components and aroma components of reconstituted tobacco leaves by papermaking method.(3)The contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,total plant alkaloid,total nitrogen,nitrate,potassium and chloride ions in the seven conventional chemical components of reconstituted tobacco leaves by papermaking method were positively correlated with the dosage of tobacco concentrate.(4)In terms of intrinsic sensory quality,with the increase of the amount of tobacco concentrate desirable,the intrinsic sensory quality of papermade reconstituted tobacco leaves has been improved,which is mainly reflected in the improvement of aroma quantity,aroma temperament,comfort and smoke concentration,and the reduction of woody miscellaneous gas and irritation.
