摘　　要：脉冲电场消融(pulsed field ablation,PFA)作为一种新兴的消融技术,因其具有非热机制与组织选择性,能够有效减少消融对毗邻器官和组织(如食管、冠状动脉和膈神经)造成的损伤。本文阐述PFA在房性和室性心律失常中的应用,重点探讨其安全性、有效性,并展望该技术未来的应用潜力。Pulsed field ablation(PFA)as an emerging ablation technology with characteristics of non-thermal mechanism and tissue selectivity could effectively reduce the damage to adjacent organs,and tissues(such as the esophagus,coronary arteries and phrenic nerve)caused by ablation.This article aims to discuss the application of PFA in atrial and ventricular arrhythmias,with a focus on its safety and effectiveness,and looks forward to its further application potential.
