丙烯酸酯聚氨酯类低聚物中游离TDI含量气相色谱-质谱法测定研究

摘　　要：通过SH-Rxi-5Sil MS色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)对丙烯酸酯聚氨酯类低聚物中游离TDI含量进行测定,对进样口和色谱柱温度进行了探究和优化,建立了适合该类样品中游离TDI含量的气相色谱-质谱测定方法。利用该法测定了2种丙烯酸酯聚氨酯低聚物中的游离TDI含量,结果表明,该方法快速、准确、再现性好,完全能满足丙烯酸酯聚氨酯类低聚物中游离TDI含量的准确检测要求。The content of free TDI in oligomers of acrylate polyurethane was determined by SH-Rxi-5Sil MS chromatographic column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm).The temperature of injection port and chromatographic column were explored and optimized.A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method suitable for the determination of the content of free TDI in this kind of samples was established.The content of free TDI in two kinds of oligomers of acrylate polyurethane oligomers was determined by this method.The results show that this method is rapid,accurate and good reproducibility,and can fully meet the requirements of accurate detection of free TDI in oligomers of acrylate polyurethane.
