摘  要:对三种环氧树脂原料进行衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外(ATR-FTIR)测试,化学分析法同时测定环氧树脂环氧当量,使用TQ分析软件偏最小二乘法(PLS),对光谱图进行预处理组合,选择合适的波段,建立环氧当量的预测模型。结果表明:1)使用偏最小二乘法(PLS),采用一阶导数预处理,光谱范围选择743.75-881.79cm^(-1)、882.27-928.56cm^(-1)、947.73-1065.96cm^(-1),得到的模型预测性较好,模型校正集相关系数(R2c)为0.9968,校正集均方根误差(RMSEC)为1.21;验证集相关系数(R2p)为0.9970,验证集均方根误差(RMSEP)为1.15。2)外部验证结果显示,样品的预测值和实测值间差异不显著。研究表明,利用红外光谱技术可以快速对环氧树脂的环氧当量进行检测,为环氧树脂环氧当量的质量控制提供技术支持。Attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR)tests were performed on three type epoxy resin raw material samples,and the epoxy equivalent of epoxy resin was determined by chemical analysis at the same time,the partial least square method(PLS)was used to preprocess and combine the spectra,select the appropriate band,and establish the prediction model of epoxy equivalent.The results show as follows:1)Using partial least square method(PLS),first-order derivative preprocessing,the spectrum range were 743.75-881.79cm^(-1)、882.27-928.56cm^(-1)、947.73-1065.96cm^(-1),obtain the model with good predictability,the correlation coefficient of the calibration set(R2c)was 0.9968,and the root mean square error of the calibration set(RMSEC)was 1.21;The correlation coefficient of the validation set(R2p)was 0.9970,and the root mean square error(RMSEP)of validation set was 1.15.2)The external validation results show that there is no significant difference between the predicted value and the measured value of the sample.The results show that infrared spectroscopy can be used to detect the epoxy equivalent of epoxy resin quickly and provide technical support for the quality control of epoxy equivalent.
