高软化点氢化石油树脂的国产化及在BOPP烟膜中的应用研究

摘　　要：对比国产氢化石油树脂、日本出光氢化石油树脂对BOPP烟膜性能的影响,阐述了氢化石油树脂进口替代的新进展。通过核磁、差示扫描量热法、渗透凝胶色谱法等表征方法分析了两款氢化石油树脂的结构及物性数据。同时研究了两款氢化石油树脂对BOPP烟膜的雾度、收缩率、弹性模量和抗板结能力等性能的影响。国产氢化石油树脂的结构、物性数据及对BOPP烟膜性能的影响与国外竞品相当。国产氢化石油树脂的品质已达到日本出光氢化石油的水平,可以在BOPP烟膜生产中实现平替。This paper described the preparation method of domestic hydrogenated petroleum resin with high softening point.Its structure,physical properties were compared with the competitor which was produced by Idemitsu Kosan in Japan.At the same time,this paper also studied the effects of the two hydrogenated petroleum resins on the haze,shrinkage rate,modulus of elasticity,and anti-caking ability of BOPP cigarette film.The results showed that the quality of domestic hydrogenated petroleum resin has reached the level of the competitor,and could completely replace the competitor in the production of BOPP cigarette film,while having a price advantage.
