摘　　要：本研究聚焦于家电行业中用于包装壁挂式空调的瓦楞纸,旨在明确其性能指标参数,使瓦楞纸箱满足耐用性与牢固度要求,实现对空调器的有效保护。通过开展边压、耐破、戳穿及含水率等测试,验证瓦楞纸对空调器的保护功能,并确定其坑型、纸厚及各项性能指标。对测试所得的瓦楞纸性能参数进行分析,结合空调器结构与重量,确定适用的瓦楞纸类型。所选瓦楞纸类型及面纸克重应契合产品保护需求,避免过度用纸造成资源浪费。This research focuses on the corrugated paper used for packaging wall-mounted air conditioners in the home appliance industry.The aim is to clarify its performance index parameters,ensuring that the corrugated cartons meet the requirements of durability and firmness,and effectively protect the air conditioners.Through tests such as edge crush test,bursting strength test,puncture test,and moisture content test,the protective function of the corrugated paper for the air conditioners is verified,and its flute type,paper thickness,and various performance indicators are determined.The performance parameters of the corrugated paper obtained from the tests are analyzed,an d combined with the structure and weight of the air conditioner,the suitable type of corrugated paper is determined.The selected type of corrug ated paper and the grammage of the facing paper should meet the product protection requirements,avoiding waste of resources caused by excessive use of paper.
