摘 要:碳化硅是用优质的石英砂和石油焦在电阻炉内经高温炼制而成,而由于碳化硅微粉中碳、铁、硅等杂质的存在,严重影响了利用增材制造新技术生产碳化硅特种陶瓷制品的应用效果和产品品质,所以对碳化硅微粉的提纯在增材制造高端新技术领域使用显得至关重要,目前现有的碳化硅微粉提纯设备,大部分只有单一的搅拌杆,只能对提纯池的底部部分进行局部搅拌,无法进行搅拌范围的调节,料浆的流动性受限,易形成搅拌死角,大大降低了提纯装置的实用性和提纯效果,故而提出一种增材制造专用碳化硅微粉提纯装置来解决上述所提出的问题。Silicon carbide is made by high-temperature refining of high-quality quartz sand and petroleum coke in a resistance furnace.However,the presence of impurities such as carbon,iron,and silicon in silicon carbide micro powder seriously affects the application effect and product quality of using additive manufacturing new technology to produce silicon carbide special ceramic products.Therefore,the purification of silicon carbide micro powder is crucial in the high-end new technology field of additive manufacturing.Currently,most of the existing silicon carbide micro powder purification equipment only has a single stirring rod,which can only locally stir the bottom part of the purification tank and cannot adjust the stirring range.The fluidity of the slurry is limited,and it is easy to form a stirring dead angle,greatly reducing the practicality and purification effect of the purification device.Therefore,a special silicon carbide micro powder purification device for additive manufacturing is proposed to solve this problem.The issues raised above.
