摘  要:肌联素(Myonectin),又称补体C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白15(C1q/TNF-related protein 15),是一种新型骨骼肌因子,主要在骨骼肌组织中表达,其表达水平受到运动、肥胖及营养状态等多种因素的影响。Myonectin可作为2型糖尿病和肥胖的有效生物标志物,然而,目前关于Myonectin的诸多方面仍待深入研究。该文旨在综述影响Myonectin生成的因素、Myonectin的生物学效应及其在机体代谢中的作用,探讨骨骼肌因子与机体代谢系统之间的相互作用,以期为肌少症、骨质疏松症以及代谢性疾病等提供新的治疗思路和策略。Myonectin is a novel skeletal muscle factor,also known as complement C1q/tumor necrosis factor-associated protein 15,which is mainly expressed in skeletal muscle tissues and is affected by various factors such as exercise,obesity,nutritional status.Myonectin can be used as a effective biomarker for type 2 diabetes and obesity.However,there are still a lot of unknowns waiting to be explored about Myonectin.This article aims to review the factors affecting the generation of Myonectin and the biological effects of Myonectin,and the role of Myonectin in the body metabolism,and to explore the interaction between skeletal muscle factors and the body metabolic system,in order to provide new therapeutic ideas and strategies for sarcopenia,osteoporosis,and metabolic diseases.
