摘 要:为探究复合式训练对高校篮球运动员专项能力的影响,该研究运用运动干预实验的方法,以聊城大学体育学院篮球专项运动员为实验对象,采用复合式训练模式和传统训练模式两种干预方式,对比分析了实验前后运动员在1 RM(最大重复力量)、原地纵跳、半场V字上篮、5-0-5测试等四项指标上的变化情况。研究结果显示,实验组运动员在实验后各项指标均呈现出显著提升,这表明复合式训练模式对高校篮球运动员的专项能力具有有效提升作用。因此,建议将复合式训练模式引入高校篮球训练中,以此丰富和创新训练方法,进而提高训练效果。In order to explore the impact of compound training on the specialized abilities of college basketball players,this research adopted the method of sports intervention experiment,selected the specialized basketball players of School of Physical Education of Liaocheng University as the research object.The experiment adopted two intervention modes:compound training mode and traditional training mode.The changes in four indicators of athletes before and after the experiment,including 1RM,vertical jump,half-court V layup and 5-0-5 test were compared and analyzed.The research result shows that all indexes of the experimental group have been significantly improved after the experiment,indicating that the compound training mode has an effective effect on improving the specialized abilities of college basketball players.Therefore,the compound training mode is recommended to introduce into college basketball training to enrich and innovate training methods,thereby improving training effectiveness.
