摘  要:为探究非稳定条件下核心力量训练对大学生羽毛球步法移动能力及正手击球效果的影响,该文选取贵州机电职业技术学院的学生作为研究对象,采用以下评价指标:5次前后移动跑、5次左右移动跑、5次两侧并步移动跑、3组“米”字移动跑以及正手击球得分测试。该文采用实验研究法,对比分析非稳定条件下核心力量训练与传统力量训练的干预效果。研究目的旨在丰富和创新学校羽毛球训练方法及内容,促进学生羽毛球专项能力的综合发展。研究结果显示,非稳定条件下核心力量训练能够显著提升学生的羽毛球步法移动能力及正手击球效果,并且其提升效果明显优于传统训练方法。In order to explore the influence of core strength training on the badminton footwork movement ability and forehand hitting effect of college students under unstable conditions,this article takes students of Guizhou Technological College of Machinrey and Electricity as the research object,and takes the following evaluation indicators:5 times forward and forward moving run,5 times left and right moving run,5 times both sides parallel moving run,3 sets of meter running and forehand hitting score test as the evaluation index.By using the method of experimental research,the intervention effect of core strength training and traditional strength training under unstable conditions is compared and analyzed in this article.It aims at enriching and innovating the methods and contents of school badminton training and promoting the comprehensive development of students'badminton specific ability.The research shows that the core strength training can significantly improve the students'badminton footwork movement ability and forehand hitting effect under unstable conditions,and the improvement effect is significantly better than the traditional training method.
