个人花样跳绳融合体操类动作的策略研究

摘　　要：跳绳是我国历史悠久的优秀民间传统体育项目。早在南北朝时期,我国就出现了单人跳绳的游戏,历经发展,现已成为集竞技、健身、表演、娱乐于一体的特色运动项目。该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,对2023年花样跳绳锦标赛决赛个人花样中体操类动作的应用现状进行了分析与探究,得出目前存在的问题主要包括:体操动作使用率低、完成质量不高、难度偏低、选择单一、与其他动作结合情况不佳。据此得出以下结论:体操类动作在花样跳绳中应注重高质量、多样性与难度性的提升;应加强体操师资培养,以提高教学质量;在成套动作编排中应强化体操与音乐的契合度;同时,应更加重视体操与跳绳动作的有效结合。Rope skipping is an excellent traditional folk sport with a long history in China.As early as the period of the Northern and Southern Dynasties,there was a single rope skipping game in China,and after development,it has now become a characteristic sport integrating competition,fitness,performance and entertainment.This paper uses the literature review and other research methods to analyze and explore the current situation of the application of gymnastics movements in single rope skipping in the finals of the 2023 Rope Skipping Championships,and concludes that the current problems mainly include:low utilization rate of gymnastic movements,low completion quality,low difficulty,single choice,and poor integration with other movements.Based on this,the following conclusions can be drawn from this research:Gymnastics movements should pay attention to high quality,diversity and difficulty in rope skipping;Strengthen the training of gymnastics teachers to improve the quality of teaching;Strengthen the coordination of gymnastic movements and music in the arrangement of complete sets of movements;At the same time,more attention should be paid to the effective combination of gymnastics and skipping rope movements.
