摘 要:目的深入分析2021—2023年云浮市城区“120”调度监测数据,为院前急救资源合理配置、建立健全院前急救长效机制提供参考借鉴。方法将2021—2023年云浮市城区“120”调度系统调度受理及院前急救电子病历回执的数据全部导出、整理和分析。结果2021—2023年,云浮市城区有效接警比例分别为17.78%、17.32%、16.43%,呈下降趋势;“120”有效派车率逐年提升,分别为49.80%、65.89%、68.93%;“120”调度员年平均摘机用时3.11 s、2.56 s、2.02 s,年平均工单受理用时46.35 s、36.91 s、27.17 s,摘机速度和工单受理速度不断提高;“120”网络医院年平均出车反应用时135.72 s、92.79 s、84.62 s,平均急救响应用时27 min 30 s、23 min 50 s、18 min 56 s,出车反应和急救响应速度不断提升。院前急救疾病急症分类前五位依次为创伤类(31.99%)、循环系统(23.98%)、其他急症(21.89%)、呼吸系统(6.52%)、消化系统(4.3%)。结论2021—2023年调度系统数据分析结果表明,通过调度管理方式干预,市城区院前急救调度质量逐年提升;对院前急救患者病种类别加以区分,从而明确特定病种急救需求,有利于进一步提升急救资源的合理配置及完善院前急救服务水平。Objective To analyze the monitoring data of"120"dispatching in urban area of Yunfu City from 2021 to 2023,and provides reference for the rational allocation of pre-hospital emergency resources and the establishment and improvement of the long-term mechanism of pre-hospital emergency.Methods The data on dispatch acceptance and pre-hospital emergency electronic medical record receipts from“120”pre-hospital emergency dispatching system in urban area of Yunfu City from 2021 to 2023 were exported,organized,and analyzed.Results From 2021 to 2023,the effective alarm receiving ratio in the urban area of Yunfu City was 17.78%,17.32%,and 16.43%,respectively,showing a downward trend.The effective dispatching rate of“120”increased year by year,which were 49.80%,65.89%,and 68.93%,respectively.The average answering time of“120”dispatchers was 3.11 s,2.56 s,and 2.02 s,respectively,and the average time for order acceptance was 46.35 s,36.91 s,and 27.17 s,respectively,showing continuous improve-ment.The average response time for dispatching ambulances by“120”network hospitals was 135.72 s,92.79 s,and 84.62 s,respectively,and the average time for“120”pre-hospital emergency response was 27 min and 30 s,23 min and 50 s,and 18 min and 56 s,respectively,showing continuous improvement.The top five pre-hospital emergency diseases were trauma(31.99%),circulatory system(23.98%),other emergencies(21.89%),respiratory system(6.52%),and diges-tive system(4.3%).Conclusion The data analysis results of the dispatching system from 2021 to 2023 show that through the intervention of dispatching management mode,the quality of pre-hospital emergency dispatching in the urban area of Yunfu City has been improving year by year.Distinguishing the disease categories of pre-hospital emergency patients and clarifying the emergency needs for specific diseases is conducive to further improving the rational allocation of emergency resources and the level of pre-hospital emergency services.
