基于CiteSpace的自噬与COVID-19研究热点的可视化分析

摘  要:目的分析自噬与新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)研究中的主要研究主题和热点,揭示该领域的研究趋势和未来方向。方法采用Web of Science核心数据库,检索自2020年1月1日至2024年4月18日发表的与自噬和COVID-19相关的英文文献。利用文献计量学方法和CiteSpace软件工具进行文献可视化分析。结果自2020年以来,自噬与COVID-19相关的文献数量呈爆发性增长,总共纳入514篇文献。发表论文最多的机构为中国科学院,研究影响最大的科研机构为加州大学系统。研究热点包括自噬在SARS-CoV-2感染中的作用、自噬相关的信号通路、自噬与炎症反应的关系以及自噬作为潜在治疗靶点的研究。通过关键词分析生成的知识图谱显示了自噬、SARS-CoV-2、炎症、抗病毒反应等关键词之间的关联。关键词的聚类分析揭示了自噬在病毒复制、抗炎和免疫调节以及细胞死亡中的作用是当前研究的主要方向。结论自噬在COVID-19的发病机制和治疗中扮演着重要角色。可视化分析为理解自噬与COVID-19复杂的相互作用提供了新的视角,并指出自噬在长新冠和新冠后综合征中的作用是未来研究的主要方向。Objective To analyze the main research topics and hotspots in the study of autophagy and COVID-19 and to reveal the research trends and future directions in this field.Methods The Web of Science Core Collection was used to retrieve literature related to autophagy and COVID-19 published from January 1,2020 to April 18,2024.Bibliometric methods and the CiteSpace software tool were employed for literature visualization.Results From January 1,2020 to April 18,2024,there had been an explosive growth in the number of literatures related to autophagy and COVID-9.The Chinese Academy of Sciences had published the most papers,and the University of California system had the greatest research impact.Research hotspots included the role of autophagy in SARS-CoV-2 infection,autophagy-related signaling pathways,the relationship between autophagy and inflammatory responses,and the study of autophagy as a potential therapeutic target.The knowledge map generated through keyword analysis showd the connections between keywords such as autophagy,SARS-CoV-2,inflammation,and antiviral responses.Cluster analysis of keywords revealed that the role of autophagy in viral replication,anti-inflammatory and immune regulation,and cell death was the main direction of current research.Conclusion Autophagy plays an important role in the pathogenesis and treatment of COVID-19.The visualization analysis provides a new perspective for understanding the complex interactions between autophagy and COVID-19 and highlights the role of autophagy in long COVID and post-COVID syndrome as a major direction for future research.
