摘 要:目的了解上海市虹口区5类重点公共卫生场所微生物监测情况,为提升重点公共卫生场所内卫生消毒工作提供依据。方法2023年随机选择上海市虹口区辖区内20家公共卫生场所作为监测点,包括托幼机构、养老机构、宾馆、商超和医疗机构,采集环境物表、餐饮具、工作人员手和室内空气等环境样品,开展细菌菌落总数检测。结果5类不同类型公共场所微生物监测合格率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中养老机构公共场所微生物监测合格率最低(80.25%)。不同公共场所同一检测样品比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中托幼机构、养老机构、宾馆、商超的物体表面合格率分别为98.96%、87.97%、98.02%、85.31%,托幼机构、养老机构、宾馆、商超工作人员手合格率分别为84.00%、54.95%、72.92%、82.98%,托幼机构和养老机构的餐饮具合格率分别为96.25%和80.85%;托幼机构、养老机构、宾馆在不同类型样品监测结果上均表现为工作人员手合格率最低且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),商超不同类型样品之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。医疗机构的物体表面、医疗用水、外科手、卫生手、手术室空气的合格率分别为98.72%、79.17%、93.75%、89.83%、100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中医疗用水合格率最低。结论5类公共场所的微生物监测结果中养老机构消毒效果监测合格率最低,商超次之,养老机构是主要薄弱场所,工作人员的手和医疗机构用水是主要薄弱环节,需持续关注。Objective To understand the microbiological monitoring situation of five types of key public health places in Hongkou District of Shanghai,and provide a basis for improving hygiene and disinfection work in these places.Methods In 2023,20 public health places in Hongkou District were randomly selected as monitoring sites,including kindergartens,elderly care institutions,hotels,supermarkets,and medical institutions.And the environmental samples such as object surfaces,tableware,staff's hands,and indoor air were collected,and the total number of bacterial colonies was tested.Results There were statistically significant differences in the qualified rate of microbial monitoring in 5 different types of public places(P<0.05),among which the qualified rate of microbial monitoring in public plac-es of elderly care institutions was the lowest(80.25%).Significant differences were also observed in the same type of samples collected from different public places(P<0.05),and the qualified rate for surface swabs in kindergartens,elderly care institutions,hotels,and supermarkets were 98.96%,87.97%,98.02%,and 85.31%,respectively,and the qualified rates for hand swabs of staff in these places were 84.00%,54.95%,72.92%,and 82.98%,respectively.The qualified rates of tableware in kindergartens and elderly care institutions were 96.25%and 80.85%,respectively.In kindergartens,elderly care institutions,and hotels,the compliance rate for hand swabs of staff was the lowest among different types of samples,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference among different types of samples in the supermarket(P>0.05).The qualified rates of object surfaces,medical water,surgical hands,hygienic hands and operating room air in medical institutions were 98.72%,79.17%,93.75%,89.83%,and 100.00%,respectively,and the qualified rates of medical water were the lowest.Conclusion Among the microbiological monitoring results of the five types of public places,elderly care institutions had the lowest
