摘 要:采用NaOH溶液对硅溶胶进行碱处理,以正丁胺为模板剂,制备不同硅铝比[n(SiO_(2))∶n(Al_(2)O_(3))]的ZSM-5分子筛,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和全自动物理吸附仪等进行分析表征。结果表明:硅源碱处理过程中NaOH用量对高硅ZSM-5分子筛的组成、结构及其对甲苯的吸附性能具有明显影响。n(NaOH)∶n(SiO_(2))=0~0.1时,随NaOH浓度的提高,ZSM-5分子筛的骨架硅铝比和硅源利用率均得到提高。在n(NaOH)∶n(SiO_(2))=0.1,投料硅铝比为500,800及1000的条件下,均可制得结晶度高、孔道丰富的高硅ZSM-5分子筛。在甲苯质量浓度为2000 mg/m^(3),相对湿度为80%,气体体积空速为10000 h^(-1)的条件下,投料硅铝比为800的样品的甲苯穿透吸附量和饱和吸附量分别为46.7和68.7 mg/g。ZSM-5 zeolites with different ratios of silica to alumina were synthesized using silica sol treatmented by NaOH as silicon source and n-butylamine as the template,and investigated by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),X-ray fluo-rescence spectrometer(XRF),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and automatic physical adsorption instrument.The re-sults show that the NaOH content during the alkali treatment of silica sol has an evident influence on the composition,structure,and toluene adsorption performance of high-silica ZSM-5 zeolite.In the range of n(NaOH)︰n(SiO_(2))=0~0.1,the framework silica-alumina ratio and the utilization rate of silicon species of ZSM-5 zeolite are both improved by the in-crease of NaOH concentration.Under the pre-treament conditions of n(NaOH)︰n(SiO_(2))=0.1,the high-silica ZSM-5 zeo-lites with high crystallinity and rich pore are prepared by feeding silica-alumina ratio of 500,800,and 1000.When the toluene mass concentration is 2000 mg/m^(3),the humidity is 80%,and the gaseous hourly space velocity is 10000 h^(-1),ZSM-5 zeolite with feeding silica-alumina ratio of 800 has a breakthrough adsorption capacity and a saturation adsorption capacity for toluene of 46.7 and 68.7 mg/g,respectively.
