摘 要:分别使用石墨(GR)、短切碳纤维(CF)粉和碳纳米管(CNT)对聚酰亚胺(PI)模塑粉进行共混改性,通过热模压工艺制备了3种不同碳系填料改性PI复合模塑材料(填料质量占复合材料质量的15%),并测试不同填料对复合材料力学性能、热性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,PI-GR复合材料的机械性能显著下降,但热稳定性和摩擦性能得到提升;PI-CF复合材料的拉伸和冲击性能下降明显,但弯曲强度、热稳定性和摩擦性能有所提升;PI-CNT复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度及热稳定性均有所提升,同时表现出优异的摩擦磨损性能,摩擦因数和磨损量均显著降低。Polyimide(PI)powders were modified using graphite(GR),short cut carbon fiber(CF)powder,and carbon nanotubes(CNT),respectively,and three kinds of PI composite materials(filler mass accounting for 15%)were prepared via hot pressing process.The effects of different fillers on mechanical properties,thermal properties and friction properties of PI composites were characterized.Results indicate that the mechanical properties of PI-GR composite material are significantly decreased,but its thermal stability and friction performance are improved.The tensile strength and impact properties of PI-CF composite material decrease significantly,but the bending strength,thermal stability and friction performance are promoted.The tensile strength,bending strength and thermal stability of the PI-CNT composite material are all improved,the friction factor and wear amount are significantly decreased,exhibiting excellent friction and wear resistance performances.
