摘  要:为探究兰炭(SC)与果木炭(FC)共同作为制备茶叶烘焙型炭原料的可行性,采用热重-质谱联用技术对所选果木炭与兰炭的燃烧逸出物与燃烧特性进行检测分析。结果表明,兰炭SC1燃烧过程中释放的NH_(3),HCN,HCHO,CH_(4)S等小分子化合物总量较少,果木炭FC5燃烧过程中释放的HCN,H_(2)S,CH_(4)S等小分子化合物的总量较少。尽管FC5燃烧释放的有害逸出物总量低于SC1且着火温度较低,但是SC1的燃烧较稳定、燃烬率和综合燃烧特性较好。因此,可选择SC1与FC5作为茶叶烘焙型炭的制备原料。In order to explore the feasibility of using semi-coke(SC)and fruit charcoal(FC)as raw materials for preparing tea baking moulding charcoal,thermogravimetric mass spectrometry was used to detect and analyze the escaped substance and combustion characteristics of fruit charcoal and semi-coke.The results show that the total amount of small molecule compounds such as NH_(3),HCN,HCHO,and CH_(4)S released during SC1 combustion is less,while the total amount of small molecule compounds such as HCN,H_(2)S,and CH_(4)S released during FC5 combustion is less.Although the total amount of harmful emissions released by FC5 is lower than that of SC1,and the ignition temperature of FC5 is lower,the combustion of SC1 is more stable with better burnout rate and comprehensive combustion characteristics.Therefore,SC1 and FC5 can be chosen as raw materials for the preparation of tea baking moulding charcoal.
