摘  要:采用相控阵超声检测(PAUT)技术检测聚乙烯(PE)燃气管道电熔接头焊接缺陷,详细分析了不同缺陷类型的特征图谱,并通过静液压试验建立接头缺陷特征图谱与力学性能的对应关系。结果表明,PAUT技术对冷焊、过焊、孔洞和夹渣类缺陷具有较高的检出率,尤其是对于不同程度的冷、过焊缺陷,检测灵敏度较高。静液压试验中,当焊接时间为50 s(冷焊)和未去氧化层时,接头渗漏失效时间分别为835.24和358.25 h,此时接头耐压强度无法满足标准要求;而含过焊和夹渣类缺陷的试样,在1000 h打压时间内,接头未出现渗漏失效,耐压强度依然满足标准要求。Phased array ultrasonic testing(PAUT)was used to detect welding defects in polyethylene(PE)gas pipeline electric fusion joints.The characteristic spectrums of different defect types were analyzed in detail,and the corresponding relationship between joint defect characteristic maps and mechanical properties was established through static hydraulic testing.The results indicate that PAUT technology has a high detection rate for defects such as cold welding,over welding,holes,and slag inclusions,especially for different degrees of cold and over welding defects.In the hydrostatic test,when the welding time is 50 seconds(cold welding)and the oxide layer is not removed,the leakage failure time of the joint is 835.24 and 358.25 hours,respectively.At this time,the compressive strength of the joint cannot meet the standard requirements.However,for joint samples with defects such as over welding and slag inclusion,there is no leakage failure within 1000 hours of pressure time,and the compressive strength still meet the standard requirements.
