原油轮挥发油气低温冷凝回收系统热力学研究

摘  要:在原油的储存和运输过程中,液态轻烃成分容易蒸发和汽化,导致资源浪费和环境污染,而冷凝法油气回收技术具有工艺原理简单、回收的液态烃可直接使用等优点.因此提出了一种分级冷却和液化分离相结合的油气低温冷凝回收系统,用于液化和回收包括CH_(4)、C_(2)H_(6)、C_(3)H_(8)、N_(2)等在内的非共混气体.利用化工软件Aspen HYSYS建立了油气低温冷凝回收系统,得到系统模拟时的运行参数.通过油气冷凝回收实验成功实现了CH_(4)、C_(2)H_(6)和其他碳氢化合物的液化分离和回收,总碳氢化合物的回收率为96.21%,可为原油轮的油气回收系统提供数据支持和技术参考.During the storage and transportation of crude oil,the liquid light hydrocarbon components are easily evaporated and vaporized,resulting in resource waste and environmental pollution,while the oil and gas recovery technology by condensation method has the advantages of simple process principle and the recovered liquid hydrocarbons direct usage.Therefore,a low-temperature oil and gas condensation recovery system combined with step cooling and liquefaction separation is proposed for liquefaction and recovery of non-miscible gases including CH_(4),C_(2)H_(6),C_(3)H_(8),N_(2)and so on.The cryogenic oil and gas condensation recovery system was set up using the Aspen HYSYS chemistry software,and the operating parameters of the system were obtained during simulation.The liquefaction separation and recovery of CH_(4),C_(2)H_(6)and other hydrocarbons were successfully achieved by the oil and gas condensation recovery experiments,and the recovery rate of total hydrocarbons was 96.21%.This work can provide data support and technical reference for the oil and gas recovery system of crude oil tankers.
