摘　　要：探索构建全域详细规划(村庄规划)数字化管理机制是推动城乡融合发展的有力举措。文章以“城乡融合、管理集成、数字赋能”为导向,从详细规划编制、审批、管理、应用等角度,研究江苏省城镇开发边界内详细规划与村庄规划在数据集成、信息化管理等方面存在的问题,探索面向城乡融合的详细规划数字化路径,着力构建城乡统一的数字化管理平台,让统一底图、统一标准、统一规划、统一平台的“一张图”发挥重要作用,进一步优化管理流程、提高治理效能,为促进城乡高质量发展提供支撑。Exploring the establishment of a digital management mechanism for comprehensive detailed planning(village planning)is a powerful measure to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas.The article is guided by the concepts of“urban-rural integration,management integration,and digital empowerment”.From the perspectives of detailed planning,approval,management,and application,it studies the problems of data integration and information management in the detailed planning and village planning within the urban development boundary of Jiangsu province.It explores the digital path of detailed planning for urban-rural integration and focuses on building a unified digital management platform for urban and rural areas.The“one map”of unified base map,unified standards,unified planning,and unified platform plays an important role in further optimizing management processes,improving governance efficiency,and providing support for promoting high-quality development of urban and rural areas.
