摘 要:文章阐述了技术转移在科技创新体系中扮演着至关重要的角色,而企业有效吸收科技成果的能力则是新旧动能转换的核心基础。近年来,伴随着科技的迅猛发展,高校在技术转移领域经历了前所未有的繁荣。这一变化不仅深刻影响了国家经济结构和科学体系的发展方向,同时也凸显了高校在技术转移方面取得的卓越成就。高校与企业之间的深度合作,已经成为提升区域创新能力的重要驱动力。相关研究表明,高校所进行的技术转移活动显著增强了企业实现高质量创新的潜力和能力。在这一过程中,技术转移机制作为关键的调控工具,极大地增强了对企业高质量创新的推动作用。The article explains that technology transfer plays a crucial role in the technological innovation system,and the ability of enterprises to effectively absorb technological achievements is the core foundation for the transformation of old and new driving forces.In recent years,with the rapid development of technology,universities have experienced unprecedented prosperity in the field of technology transfer.This change not only profoundly affects the development direction of the national economic structure and scientific system,but also highlights the outstanding achievements of universities in technology transfer.The deep cooperation between universities and enterprises has become an important driving force for enhancing regional innovation capabilities.Related studies have shown that technology transfer activities conducted by universities significantly enhance the potential and ability of enterprises to achieve high-quality innovation.In this process,the technology transfer mechanism,as a key regulatory tool,greatly enhances the driving role of high-quality innovation in enterprises.
