摘　　要：随着数字经济的蓬勃发展,数据已成为推动经济社会发展的新动力。温州市作为改革开放的前沿阵地,积极探索数据要素市场化配置改革,推动政府开放数据与数据要素市场的深度融合,释放数据价值,促进经济转型升级。文章通过分析温州市数据要素市场的现状、政府开放数据的进展以及两者协同发展的必要性,提出了促进协同发展的策略与建议。With the booming development of the digital economy,data has become a new driving force for promoting economic and social development.Wenzhou,as a forefront of reform and opening up,actively explores the market-oriented allocation reform of data elements,promotes the deep integration of government open data and data element markets,unleashes the value of data,and promotes economic transformation and upgrading.The article analyzes the current situation of the data element market in Wenzhou,the progress of government open data,and the necessity of their coordinated development,and proposes strategies and suggestions to promote coordinated development.
